Non-Contact Power Transmission to Rollers generates no chipping, no wearing and no dust powder from round belts, flat belts and chains, and the Maintenance-free Conveyor is realized.

Super-Clean Conveyor

Power Transmission to Rollers by Non-Contact System avoides the use of Belts, Chains or Gears. Consequently, Particle Generation is minimized to Class 100. With the combined use of Clean Tunnel, Clean Room Specifications of less than class 10 is realized.

Hi-Speed Transfer

By "Non-Contact Drive" system without causing wearing, dust powder and noise from around belts and flat belts, High-Speed Transfer is now possible.

Safety

A type of conveyor which is designed to set Rollers free when a certain load or excessive load is applied, and another type of conveyor which is designed to have Rollers fixed with shafts are availbale. The both types of conveyor show Torque-free function utilizing Magnetism.

Energy-Saving Design

Electric power consumption is largely decreased in comparison with the drive by round belts and flat belts. Due to Non-Contact Drive, Running cost is largely decreased for the wearing parts and electric power consumption.

Low Noise
